David Brakoniecki runs the process consulting function at Axispoint. He helps our customers to implement their projects, develop unique technology solutions and optimize their operations through a combination of training programs and our proprietary LEAP methodology.

Before joining Axispoint, David has worked in insurance, e-commerce, telecommunications and investment banking in business development, finance and technology functions. This wide range of experience helps him to deliver the best results for our customers.

Most recently, he was the Chief Information Officer of Xbridge Limited. Through its Simplybusiness.co.uk brand, Xbridge is currently the largest web-based commercial insurance broker in the United Kingdom. Xbridge’s success is built on a proprietary insurance trading system that was developed under David’s management and the successful implementation of an IBM Websphere Lombardi Edition BPM solution. Over a three year period, David moved Xbridge’s entire contact centre to work on the BPM technology delivering 13 major releases. As part of this effort, David oversaw the creation of an in-house training program to train new staff on BPM development.

Before Xbridge, David was the Director of Corporate Finance at Firstmark Communications from 1999 to 2001 and an investment banking analyst for Lehman Brothers from 1997 to 1999. He holds a MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and a BA in European History from Northwestern University.
