R&D Practice Lead

Joe Warner heads the R&D team at Axispoint Solutions developing Intellectual Property around various process-oriented solutions for implementation at customer sites. Current projects include developing an HR Recruitment process template for NHS Trusts to streamline recruitment and on-boarding thereby removing significant costs by reducing the need for agency staff. Joe first became involved in BPM in 1997 when he joined Staffware to lead the server-side development team before becoming Project Manager developing what was, at the time, the next generation of software which later became known as iProcess. Later Joe, whilst working at SciSys, moved on to implement a solution for issuing Waste Management Permits using Staffware iProcess for the Environment Agency. After a period working for Sophos leading a development team building their network management suite of products Joe returned to BPM and has been involved in a wide range of implementation projects in areas including Government, Financial Services, Entertainment, Retail/Distribution and Healthcare. Joe has also obtained a degree in Physics from the University of Portsmouth.
