  • Systems Audit – This is where we find out what you have and together we decide on what needs to be managed.
  • Monitoring Service – All of the managed items are set up on our monitoring system so that we can head of any potential problems before they happen.
  • Patching & Security – Any patches and security measures that need to be done are carried out after normal working hours so that you do not have to lose business time and money by not having access to your Line of Business systems. All patches are fully tested before being applied so as to avoid any problems in the live environment. Roll back plans and risk assessments are all part of the Patch Management service.
  • Issues Management – Should you be unfortunate to suffer a failure or problem we will manage the issue for you on our issue tracking system. Whether it requires a simple remote session or an onsite visit we will ensure you have the right people with the right skills to get your system back on line as soon as possible.
  • Operating System and Application Service – It is one thing installing mission critical systems and applications but it is another thing maintaining them so that they are optimised, secured, and stable. This service is designed to ensure your systems remain online and perform at their optimum so that your staff’s productivity remains high.
  • Supply & Management of Hardware – Most mission critical systems are purchased together with a high level manufacturer’s warranty, however the cover stops at having replaced an item not with rebuilding the system if it has been affected. Axispoint’s Hardware Management service works directly with the manufacturer and if a system build is required then we ensure that this is done in the least possible time and with as little impact on your business as possible.
  • Desktop Management Service – Data security and system stability are notorious headaches of any business using PCs. Unlike servers, desktops are sometimes in a constant flux and as such experience more problems. It is a fact that IT staff spend more time fixing desktop issues than any other piece of IT equipment.
