  • To provide a single point of contact for Customers.
  • To facilitate the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact on the Customer within agreed service levels and business priorities. 

To ensure that we are able to deal with your call efficiently and effectively please make sure that you provide the following details when you contact the Support Helpdesk

  • Your company name 
  • Your name and contact details 
  • A complete description of the problem that you are experiencing. 
  • Where applicable please provide screenshots, configuration files and log files, etc. 
  • Details of how the problem is impacting your business (Severity)
